Who rode today?

Great day here in NC. A little cool to start with but temps hit the mid 50's with clear sunny skies and very calm winds. I was able to put in 60+ miles and it was simply a wonderful day to be out riding-although it seemed like there were more dogs out today for some reason.

My new bike came in this afternoon so I'm looking forward to taking it out. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy so I will have to put off the maiden ride for a few days.

I hope others got a chance to get out and you had as nice a day as we did here.

I had a very nice ride today on my Rans Stratus recumbant. We had a sunny day, which started out a bit cool (31.5 degrees F), but got warmer during the ride.

46 miles today in chilly central Oklahoma. Rode a friend's 2004 Cervello instead of my UO8 Peugeot. Huge difference. I'll stick with my Peugeot, thank you.

I rode 50 miles on Saturday and will probably ride the same today. Of course, I live in FL. It would be a bit harder to do in Michigan where I used to live. Of course, it was a lot easier to do cross country skiing up there then here for some reason.

25 miles in central Virginia. What makes this special is that seven weeks ago, I had back pain that was so bad I could barely stand up.

Not very nice here. Snowed overnight and will warm up today and change to rain. Now the good news, tomorrow looks better

Rode my first century of the year on Saturday, 115 miles total. Weather was chilly in the morning at 25 degrees. Afternoon was probably close to 50. Rode from Tacoma WA to Seattle, Magneson Park and back. Have a total of 494 miles for the year with most of that commuting.

I rode today. Am from El Paso, TX.

Went outside at 0400 and it was drizzling. Went back to bed, got back up and left at 0500. Rode about an hour and half. Roads a bit wet, but ride was nice and cool.

There is alway an excuse not to ride. I avoid them.

Catrike Road #116.

Did 50 minute Spinerval "No Slackers Allowed" after a 15 minute warmup. I plan on "Sweating Buckets" tonight as a follow up (It plans to snow here and there is still snow on the ground from the last snow fall, so I am trainer-bound)
