I am ahead on my mileage as I've kept riding all through last winter. I rode more then than I have this spring due to very rainy weather and having to work out of town alot. I am in hopes the weather will change for July but the best riding is yet to come Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec. I should rack up the mileage then.

depends on how you look at it. Fewer miles than average for me so far, 3200 miles puts me about 600 miles short. But I am taking more time for vacations with my wife. So I am on track.

Since I started keeping track in 2006, the halfway point for me mileage-wise is the end of July. We have a thing called winter around here that keeps my miles down in January, February, and March.
That said, I had to adjust my challenge goal higher for the year since I'd already ridden halfway there by the end of June.
My goals for this year were 4,500 miles, with a challenge goal of 5,000, 100% on bike commuting to work, and no crashes.
I closed June with over 2,500 miles, so I extended my challenge goal to a mile of miles, 5,280.
I haven't crashed yet, and I've commuted every workday thus far.
On July 18, I'll have completed seven years of bike commuting daily. That was one of my unstated goals. I still have to tally 2007, but I should come in around 1,525 consecutive workdays bike commuting--all seasons, all conditions.
Not necessarily a goal, but what I'm working on this year is seeing how high I can get my average speed while at the same time seeing how low I can get my average heart rate. Basically it means I'm satisfied with my average speed (READ: I don't want to work harder to get faster.) and now I want to see if I can reduce my average heart rate while maintaining speed.
Just something to amuse myself on the bike.

Didn't start riding again till last June and rode just over 900 miles by the end of the year, the first 3 months of this year only rode 40 miles however the past 3 months I've added over 400 miles so now my goal is 2,000 miles by the end of the year.

Goals? New Years' resolutions? What are these things you speak of? I haven't paused my "riding however much I feel like" to notice.
Seriously, goals are okay. I just have ONE -- stay on the bike! I've pretty much always enjoyed rain rides in the past, but this year hasn't been like that -- so I've had less saddle time than I would like.

One of my goals (this year or next) is to ride 20 miles in an hour. I am more than halfway there...
I can easily ride 10 miles in an hour.

Didn't set any goals for this year or targets of any kind. I have failed on all of them.
Start of the year was not good for cycling so it was down the gym. Reconstruction of the gym has meant that even that schedule is below par right now so Roll on summer and I might get a few more rides in.
Summer is forecast for next week so I won't blink and miss it.

This toe issue has put me behind, but I've done 3640 so far this year on the roads. I could probably add 150~200 miles if I count the times on the trainer.

My mileage goal is modest (1250m) and my achievement so far this year even more so - late spring, frequent rain, and dipped out on an annual charity ride when it started pouring down ten minutes into my ride from home to the starting line. I just make my own contribution and don't canvass anyone else, so no guilt there.
I have replaced missed rides with spin classes/gym machines and maintained my weight, so hopefully the overall health goal isn't compromised too much. Hopefully I will be able to catch up with the help of 2 more charity rides and more riding opportunities on trips out of the City.
