biking after anterior hip surgery from (Romeofromfl)
I just turned 68 on june 19. On june 18th two months ago I had my left hip anterior replacement. Typically I ride 90 to 120 minutes and average 13 to 14 mph. Today on Aug 19 I rode 2 hours at an average easy pace of 12 mph. I am thankful to all those who were praying for me.
