We need a copy of your drivers license, a major credit card, your PIN number and your mother's maiden name for starters.

And as Wheels said, you just did.

The 50+ is easy. To post in the 65+ thread requires a full investigation by a private-eye and NSA clearance.

Never mind, we've all been investigated by the NSA by now.

you will get an authorizing letter from AARP to join the 50+.

JOINING? Sheesh, it is a rite of passage whether you like it or not! But this is the coolest thread on BF.

Join 50+ is easy, you just gotta be around for the specified amount of time.
Joining Club Tombay, however, is another matter.
Good Luck.

If you're a Strava user, there is a 50+ club. It's out of Louisville, Ky, and the ultrasecret code is 1952.

I guess the code isn't that secret.

It takes 2 things:

1). A birthday, and

2). An attitude.

I have failed on item 2 because I tend to behave as if I'm still 40, and try to ride as if I'm still 30. (Sadly, neither effort has fooled anyone)

Looks like you're in.
I live across the state from you -- in *****assa. On a clear day you can see my house if you look due west.
Stop by the Southeast Regional subforum and say hello to the locals. Lots of FL folks, 50+ and some younger there.
Have fun.

Actually a major credit card, name as it appears on the card, the account number, date it expires and the little 3 digit code on the back. Please post here.

About the NSA investigation, I would think that many of the people who answer the where were you 44 years ago thread might also gain a free background investigation if they say the wrong things.
