New project -- TREK
 

I picked up this TREK, in my size, for the cost of wheels last month. I also got a great deal on parts from Nashbar. Put that together and she is getting upgraded with 10 speed, indexed bar end, compact crank, and red striped tires. Red & Black. The current Ultegra is functional but has scuffing / marring over all the components. It's so universal I'm beginning to believe it is some sort of corrosion. I'll sell them off to finance the new parts. Here are the before pics:
