In my case, pinched nerves due to blown c5/6... If I change my form it goes away sometimes, or after a good neck crack, sometimes not for days.

I do the same. In fact just few weeks ago I purchased a pair of very high quality Harbinger weight lifting gloves that are perfect for cycling!

Hands loosely on the bars and alternate hand positions more frequently.
Wear padded cycling gloves.
Raise bars about 1/4-inch.
