In my case, pinched nerves due to blown c5/6... If I change my form it goes away sometimes, or after a good neck crack, sometimes not for days.

Padding is very individual. I have naturally well-padded hands, and any extra padding causes me pain. Therefore, I use gloves (which are hard to find) with no padding.

Hands loosely on the bars and alternate hand positions more frequently.
Wear padded cycling gloves. Raise bars about 1/4-inch. |
