A Beautiful Day
Nothing of great significance. Almost a boring day. For me, boring is good. But I managed a little bit to keep the pump pumping and the other biological machines working
I joined 24Hr Fitness some time ago. I've only been in two. But, I really like the ones I've used. Today I decided to do an early morning Light Workout, Yesterday about double today in weight and about 1/3 less reps
Started with 2 15# dumbbells. 3x20 arm curls to presses. Then 4x20 supine pull overs. Then 3x20 flies. Move over to the pull down rack for 3x20 a 105#. Then a few body weight dips. Back to the bench for a few arm's length supine presses. Then some light stretches (I don't want to over stretch) and a l o n g shower.
A protein shake and the morning was off to a great start.
I'll be ready when my legs decide they are ready to ride again.
