I have been retired since 2013. I enjoy everyday of retirement. I usually do my rides in the morning with no set time on leaving. I average about 100-125 miles a week whch is really enough for me as far as I am concerned. The rest of my time is spent doing yard work or cleaning the house or time with our grandchildren as 3 live close by. My wife is still employed and a lot of times I will fix lunch and we will have lunch togeather then she heads back to work. Sometimes the riding gets old, stale asI usually ride the same routes. I workout with weights 1 x per week which is a set regime on what I do with with change-ups for some balance on the weight lifting. Sometimes I get pretty bored as I have not found anything exciting to do with volunteer work. The best part is since my wife works for the school district, this year we went to S. Carolina, Louisiana. and S. Ca. which basically took up the majority of the summer
