I follow GCN on my phone ror the inspirational photos and watch their videos and they always shoot some ride in that area. Would love to go back there some time with my bike and enjoy all that scenery and finish the day with a nice pint of bitter. (jealous)
Oh, here's ugly fat me. Great day earlier this year during a 60k ride up in the country.

All my attempts to get 'er to take 'ers off fell on deaf ears. But she might have a point. I'm in my 70's . . .

I know its a tad small, but that is my ID for my bus pass. It's approx 12yo.

A Double Exposure selfie when cooling down after some workout.
Hopefully it gets a bit colder as I'm going to do this daily the coming week(s) as long as there's snow.
-2°C is not really 'freezing' isn't it. A cold shower feels worse in my opinion.
I challenge you to do the same. It's good for building up a good immune system.
The tree behind me is the Sequoia that I planted with my daughters a couple of years ago, it was around 50 cm high, now he's around 3 meters I guess.

Hi there, Well there was about 90 entries and I was 23 years older then the next oldest guy and did manage to get 12th with a average speed of 20.6 and that was all I had in the tank. Temps early am were 84F with the heat index already at about 94F...The guy you see coming up behind me and passed me like I was standing still is a serious TT Rider from France whom is a Sri Coach in Sri Lanka.. Yes he did win with a overall speed I think that was close to 24.5MPH Quite honestly I am quite please with what I was capable of doing..

Amateur boxing, my main hobby. Pardon the look on my face, I was clearing my nose.

Nose clearing look.

Cleaned up and de-loused.
