Ron,
Jersey was a $5.00 ebay find back when I was just getting going in 2008. I'm in Atlanta frequently, our daughter got her master's degree at UGA, lives in Atlanta now, she works for the GBI. My parents were from Americus, dad went to UGA, class of '51.

Bicycle related:
A photo (L-R) of my brother-in-law, my sister, and myself at the annual "Anthem Moonlight Ride" in Richmond, VA. This was this year 2014 last month in August. I wore my last year's 2013 T-shirt since it was a blinding neon yellow color.

Non bicycle related:
This is a really nice shot of me playing my trumpet (Echo Taps) at my Masonic Lodge when we had a flag retirement ceremony. This was this past summer and we were all in summer/casual instead of business suits. Hidden behind me somewhere is my good friend and Masonic Brother also on trumpet facing the other way, providing the "echo" part of Taps.

When I briefly rode a bent (didn't like it so much). Girdle holds ice against my sore back. It got better.

Bikes: A Bianchi C2C road bike, a steel framed touring bike and a Xootr Swift folder which has made the rest redundant!

OK, you wait a couple of years for a picture of the rider then two come along at once!
Earlier in this thread I posted a photo of me with my Xootr Swift folder, taken a couple of years ago. I was out today on my Bianchi so set the camera on a tripod and took two shots of me with the bike - the bike looks better than I do!

The Bianchi is a C2C alloy model with carbon/Kevlar forks, Campagnolo wheels and Centaur group set. It has a Bianchi seat pack to carry tools and inner tubes and a small Topeak 'bar bag for the camera/mini-tripod/phone/snacks and lightweight waterproof jacket. Not really visible in the shots is a white Bianchi mini-pump held in a clip next to the seatpost bottle cage.
I must confess to messing around with the camera (an early Nikon 5mp model with very small fold out screen) to set the self timer. I hadn't used it for some time and the combination of the small screen, my photo-chromatic prescription riding glasses and my memory lapses all came together to produce a great shot of my right foot! The foot shot has been deleted.

I would never have associated your photo with your username. So much for stereotypes.
Please tell me this photo wasn't taken in September. Although come to think of it, they had about 10 inches of snow in Calgary a week ago. Kind of a freak snow storm.

no...I'm sure it wasn't taken in sept. I probably converted to a jpg sometime and the exif data may show september...however...we have indeed had full-on winter storms with no subsequent let up of winter as early as the first week in sept. It's currently Sept 17 and no snow...record high temps recently.
