I'm looking to get an Endurance road bike, currently debating between the Trek Domane 2.3 and Cannondale Synapse 105.
The Trek sizing chart tells me I should get the 56 size bike but I'm debating if that's the right size.
I'm 5 10" and my inseam is 30.5". Would appreciate your input, especially from people with same or similar height.

The best thing to do is go to a shop and try them out, sizing charts don't take into consideration leg length, arm length, etc., just overall height. The 56 is in the ballpark, but a 54 might feel better, it's hard to say without actually test riding them.

Not the same size. But looks like you have long torso & reach for your size just like me and many others.
Find A good shop with A good fitter(s).When I was looking at A Trek Madone this year, one shop said I would fit on A 62cm.
The 2nd shop said A 60cm.I did enough homework online and the current road bike I ride is very close to A 60cm,and fits me very good.

Also at least in my size the the Defy and Synapse have A little more reach for the about the same stack as the Trek.
And check out the biggest tire size each bike can handle.
