Look Keo Grip vs standard Keo cleats?
I've been using the Grip version for some time now and am not happy with how the rubber pads wear out (plus they're $10 more per). I had my bike fit done with Keo Grips but I'm concerned with the standard Keos affecting leg length/saddle height adjustment. Any diff between the two cleats models to be of concern?

In both cases with grip and standard, it is the sole of the shoe, not the cleat that touches the working surface of the pedal. The cleat, either kind, only contacts the underside of the pedal
Removing the cleat entirely would not change the seat to pedal distance, except that your feet would slide around and come off the pedales.

I have been using Keo grey grip and non grip. I have not seen any difference.
Grip, on the other hand, are much safer walking on smooth surfaces especially stairs.
