Bike fit feedback? (PICS and VIDEO inside!)

***VIDEO OF PEDALING TECHNIQUE*** (it's a little up close, sorry):

Personal observations are I might be able to increase the seat post like 2mm and increase the reach another 10mm.
This isn't a professional fit by any means. I just tweak things here and there. Running a 110mm stem, -17 degree rise. Still have all the carbon fork.
Canyon Endurace AL Disc 7.0
Thanks in advance!

All looks good to me. You should try both those adjustments, though height looks good to me.

Looks perfectly fine to me. I wouldn’t recommend raising your saddle. It might feel fine, but you’re gonna start riding a bit more toe down, which could lead to muscle recruitment issues. Only raise your saddle if, with your foot parallel to the ground, or even with a dropped heel, you feel like your stroke is getting cut off.
I wouldn’t go any longer either. If pic #2 is as low as you can get while pedaling, then it looks like your elbow is just ahead of your shoulder joint in that position. Any further of a reach, and your lats will have to start doing some real work (in addition to your triceps) to put weight on your arms. This can lead to tension in the neck too. Go longer if you truly feel cramped.
Just my uneducated opinion.

So if we said your position is all wrong but you aren't having any issues, no pains, and all is comfy...... you'd change it?
I find it hard to give any feed back when you don't give any problems. Are you wanting a fit for most comfort or for best power output?

yep. If there’s one golden rule for bike fit, I’d say it’s “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. no matter what your fit is like, if you can hammer the pedals as much as you want, you’re gonna get faster than they guy with the pro aero fit who hates riding
