Change saddle angle?

I bought a used 2014 Specialized Roubaix.
The previous owner had the seat angled up.
I would like to lower it to horizontal.
There are 2 allen bolts that I can find- one in front and one in back.
How do I use them to adjust the angle?

This is where a pic will really help or the exact make and model of seat post.

Otherwise if the bolts are on forward and one aft of the clamp, then I'd simply loosen one while snugging the other. Might need to loosen both a quarter turn to get it just loose enough for that to happen.

Or just loosen one a quarter turn then tighten the other, rinse and repeat till you have the angle you want.

Then make certain both are snug when you get it to the position you want.

On some post that have two bolts front and back it works differently. I haven't had one of those types.

Seems more of a maintenance question than a fit question.... just sayin!

Lets not make things complicated here.

Keep loosening each bolt front to back until you can get the saddle rails to wobble around a little. You should be able to adjust the angle after one (or both) of the bolts are loosened past a certain amount.

I have one, where 1 bolt adjusts the angle & the other sets the tension. maybe it's like that?
