Pain behind my knee
I'm feeling muscle strain in the back of my knee after a long ride today. What should I look at? Could it be seat height, fore/aft or cleat placement?

Yep, yep, yep. That can be a hard one. Back of knee for many is a different place- truly in back or maybe on the side? Seat may be a bit high. Also check the rotation of your cleats. Compare where they want you to "stand" on the bike vs. where you naturally stand. But, I would seek the services of a good bike fitter if the pain persists. My definition of a good fitter is one who will adjust all 5 axis of the foot/pedal system. Most "fitters" are decent on the top end of the bike (saddle and cockpit).

If we are talking about really back of knee, then usually your seat might be too high or too far back.
Try things out and see if trying different saddle heights and/or fore aft settings help.

Back of knee, muscle strain, after a long ride? Know exactly what you mean. Drop the saddle height, and possibly fore/aft as suggested. My fitter did this for me and bingo.
