bike fitting

I just had a pretty extensive bike fit done that took about 2 hours. I got out for a 17 mile ride yesterday (between rain) and with all the adjustments he made (between the new seat post and new stem I’m back 3 centimeters) I feel way stretched out, there wasn’t any pain or soreness after the ride it just felt odd. I know everybody is different but How many miles does it usually take for everything to start feeling normal?

Also just had fit. Handout from Tad Hughes Custom Fit says " Please remember to curtail your riding intensity for 7-10 days in an effort to allow your body time to adjust to your new fit"
Makes sense to me. Enjoy your "new" bike.

that is not unusual for a rider who has had the wrong setup. And the second post is good advice.
