why do i keep sliding foward of my saddle???
 
I have a cannondale hybrid....i tried all spots sliding it foward and back and the tilt up and down....i have it just 'ok' but its still not great! wtf ??!!!!

Two possibilities.

1- it's tilted forward, or at least the part bearing your weight is.
2- you're pulling yourself forward, possibly because the bars are too far away, or you're pulling with your arms without knowing when working hard.

Pulling yourself forward is very common when climbing because you're trying to hold your hips in place. When coaching newer riders to better hill climbers I teach them to push back against the bars. This isn't actually ideal, but doing so consciously prevents unconscious pulling forward. Once the habit is broken they can climb more effective without pulling or pushing on the bars.
