Well, I love my Pugsley in the snow and dirt. Do you have a specific question about fat bikes?

You don't have to spend that much .. Sun bikes, 'Crusher' makes a cruiser fat bike.

my Local sells them (beach riding .. state owns the Pacific beaches in Oregon, so they're public commons)

Bikes and Beyond right on the front page .. 2 speed kick back, and nuVinci CVR hub + disc brakes.

Not really any questions yet as I dont get to pick it up before friday morning. The LBS had SALSA Days here locally and the Dealer ask me to come down and look at them. When i seen that monster and took it for a ride up and down over curbs and steps withy NO SUSPENSION, I had to order one..https://salsacycles.com/bikes/2014_beargrease_xx1

Excellent! You'll also probably want to pick up an accurate low-pressure gauge like Robot Check

Fat bikes are hugely sensitive to pressure - just a 1psi change can be the difference between the basketball effect ( bouncing after the slightest bump ) and getting good float. I usually run my Husker Du tires at 15psi on the road, 10-11psi on dirt, and 7psi on snow. I suspect the Dillengers that come with the Beargrease will be much the same.
