Ankle Rub/Pedal Dimensions
 

First off, I'm very happy with most aspects of my current fit. No pain or numbness anywhere, can ride as much volume as I like. That said I have always ridden a little toe out with occasional slight ankle rub. I have adjusted for this in my current setup by setting my cleats as far inside (towards the crank) as they can go. This seems to lead to excessive cleat wear. I have two questions:

1) Are there any thicker pedal washers out there, would like to move the pedal out 2 to 3mm?
2) I'm using an old DA Look pedal, PD-7401. From where the pedal seats to the crank to pedal center is 51mm. Anyone out there have this dimension for other pedals?

Would like to potentially keep my foot in its current position but with the cleat not so far offset on the bottom.

Didn't realize PD-9000 now offers a +4mm spindle length option.
