Conversion hybrid bike to fixie gear is possible ?
My bike is fuji absolute 2010 hybrid i want convert to fixie gear ? How?

Your Fuji has vertical dropouts - thus, unless you run either an eccentric rear hub or bb then fixed gear is not possible. The above linked video works out as a conversion because the dropouts on that bike are horizontal. Such dropouts or track ends are needed to secure chain tension, ie the wheel is moved to adjust the chain tension because there is no derailleur to do that job. There is a myriad articles on the subject which Google can point you toward.
