Help with buying correct tire

Hello, i have a question I currently have the following rims
Alex rims
AL-VP15F
6061-T6

They are on my 19 inch fram Technique Expert size

Tioga Tires size 20 X 1 3/8

My question is , if i buy a 20 X 1.75 size tire, will it fit or work for a short fix so i am able to ride today ?

You're riding a bike on 20" wheels as a fixed gear?

Inch sizes are tricky. There is often several non-interchangeable ones lurking under the same - or very similar - designations.
Its safer if you can find the ISO/ETRTO millimeter size.
You HAVE to match the Bead Seat Diameter - where rim and tire overlap.
20x1 3/8 comes up as a BSD of 451 mm, while a 20x1.75 is likely to be a
406 mm BSD.
There may be others.
