Crankset Wobbles

Hello,
I bought a new (to me) greenzone folding bicycle and as the title states there exists a wobble. This wobble causes the crankset to rub against the frame at certain times. I was wondering what is needed to correct the issue? Would I need a new BB, crankset, or both?
I appreciate the help. If so, can you recommend any replacement parts?

Cheers,

Dos

If you don't have the tools to remove the cranks, you should take it to a bike shop. It could be a loose crank or loose bottom bracket, or even a bent chainring if that's the part that is rubbing.

That's serious problem. Remove the crank set and maybe BB to check if anything wrong, then reinstall them back if nothing wrong (then could be improper installation). If you want to do this there are plenty of videos on youtube but you will need buy some tools for that work. Or just ask a LBS to do the check for you.

Thanks guys. I plan on buying the tools myself and doing the work. I have yet to replace a crank so it should be fun! Also, any suggestions on what are some good bb's and cranksets to look into? I plan on just replacing both while I do this regardless if either is good/bad.

You need to know the BB shell on your bike. There are many standards, but probably yours is BSA. Then you can use shimano cranks Not bad IMHO.

the BB is a part you need to get compatible with the crankset you buy . so no blanket suggerstions.

ask in the LBS or plan to return your ordering errors at your expense.
