Need advice on seating tyre properly

I'm a newbie here who is very fond of riding bikes, I recently bought a DT FS 9 for my commute from Train Station to work. It's really a nice bike and I really loves the bike, y'day I replaced those Kenda tyres with Continental Contact II Reflext 20 x 1.75, unfortunately the tyres are off centered, at one place the tire dips inward. I did tried bumping up the pressure to 80 psi (the max gas station pump go), along with Windex sprayed on the tire, but no luck so far :-(

Please advice me on how exactly I can fix this issue?

Instead of Windex, try soapy water.

Inflate the tire just a little bit, manipulate it with your hands to get the bead to sit properly. Then inflate and hopefully the bead will slip under the hook. Read this article for tips and why this happens. Though it isn't about folding bike tires, the principles are the same.

Squeeze the tire beads together all around the wheel before inflating It.

Thanks, I did tried with dish soap applied on the side walls of tyre. And I don't have the pressure gauge on my floor pump and not sure about the pressure, may be time to invest on a floor pump with a gauge.

Make sure that the tube isn't twisted, that can make a low spot. To set the beads properly, inflate the tire until it is a little firm, and then push the sidewall of tire upward, away from the rim. Some tires have a line which you can use as a guide to make sure the bead is in the rim channel, just make sure this line is an even distance from the edge of the rim completeiy around the wheel.

Thanks for the responses, finally with help of LBS, it's fixed now, took a good amount of soap liquid and then pumping the tire nearly to 110 PSI got it popped out in place. Did a test ride, now bike feels really good on trail too.
