brooklyness broadway

I searched and didn't see any comments on this folder, i was wondering if anyone had any thoughts Broadway Folding Bike - BROOKLYNESS or can lead me to a thread where it is discussed

It looks to me like it folds small and is very lightweight. I don't understand how it can fold to 14 by 21.

Folds similar to the mission space genie or one of the out of production Origami.
Looks ok and a potential alternative to brompton in it niche. One of the problems with the space genie was the high bottom bracket reduced the effective seat post length. Look less of an issue with this design?
Interesting. Standard parts also.

Yep, that is very much like the old Origami Fox. We discontinued selling it because it was just a model that we rebranded from another manufacturer and that just didn't feel right to me. From my recollection, the bike came in at about 27 pounds, not the 20 lbs shown on their site. It was a cool little bike, but just didn't fit our vision for Origami.

I like it.
A while ago I would have been interested in doing a upgrade on one of these. Bull bars and dual drive road race parts.

I dont need a compact folder for road use as I have my go faster mezzo and excessive number of back up bikes.

The bike looks great, especially for the price also. Only thing is, how would the customer support be for the product.

I saw that I was wondering why are they calling this a folding bike when only the handlebar folds down. It's meant more as a sit down and let the power take you cause the seat has a very VERY low height setting so you can never stretch your legs for a good pedal stroke if you look at that video. also trying to pedal this for longer periods of time would really mess up my knees like this. Else it's a great lightweight mini scooter.

I also didn't see any pictures of the bike "folded" if you can call it that.

Reminds me of a Dawooe shuttle. It will be compact enough to compair to a folding frame when you remove the seat post and fold the stem. A good idea for this would be a bracket to clip the seatpost to the bike. I would have found this useful on my shuttle as two pieces was inconvenient.
