Nice job Owenfinn...Those are great photos. The Carbon Brompton is actually steel with a carbon skin or is it all carbon?

Sweet, thanks for posting the pics.
What are the bikes with the tiny ~5" tires?
I wonder if they have the record for longest headtube on a production frame.
Impractical but very comical.

Good post.

They actually have a mini-recumbent in the works. There was one picture of a folder with a fork not welded to the frame. I don't know about riding a bike like that!

It`s a 17 Bikes "EX Walker" - and speaking of comical, my friend turned one into a tall bike.

You know you are around some serious "mini" bikes when a Brompton looks huge by comparison. The Dahon Dash looks like a giant among those little things.

when i saw pictures of folders in japan i always plant my eyes on ox peco's
but they seem to be nonexistent outside the country

Too bad the Ox Peco can't carry heavier rider's, even if I could locate a 14" wheeled model. Max weight (I believe) is 80kg/176lbs. I'm definitely too heavy for it. But, as always, I can admire those that can enjoy it's fun!

Alot of those bikes are pretty much vapour ware outside the land of the rising sun. heck I had my eye on the Ox peco too but you can't even order one at all.
