Can't recall seeing one in person but I am impressed with the 23 pound weight for something so old.
Nowadays the Montague Paratrooper is used by some military units.

I think a fatbike would be better since they can ride over sand and snow.

Pashley still sell the Parabike and the Tuberider which look very similar to the BSA folding bike apart from the fact that they don't fold..I have seen a few folding bikes exactly like the BSA folding bike in Thailand. Perhaps they were/ are still manufactured in China or the Far East?

thanks for replies, yes more "modern military bike" like montague have been around for sometimes, and I have seen them too, they are even copied dan have several brand names.
For the BSA model like the one in 2nd WW, if some of you spot it in Thailand, maybe one day I could check it too...would be a good excuse to buy another bike...lol ...!!

I have been looking for an original BSA folder for years. If you find one, let me know.

The real action in military folders was in WWI.
