Where to find 16" rear wheel with 3 speed hubs

Hi,

I'm looking for two 16" rear wheel with (shimano?) 3 speed hubs. Any ideas (beside building them myself)?

Thanks, Charles

Perennial cycle sells SA 349 hubs, one with the 177% gear range, the other with 256.

that's actually a very good price, I asked about building a 20" 3 speed hub wheel at the local store once and they wanted $300CDN, I was paying like $100/Gear! no thanks.

Next Question : How wide an axle ? A 349 16" BSR wheel is a narrow 117mm old, wide.

Those are 28 spoke (very substantial Spokes too)

You need to look into building wheels yourself :)

I have decided to take this as a compliment :D

Not Australian, did not make this film or film about spoke lenght. Others do that better than me.

On spokelength, you can feel at an early stage if it is "right", just like you can feel if the knitting is "right". I am sure you know what I am talking about ;)
