Indoor trainer stand for Dahon
Can anyone recommend a trainer stand that will work with a 20" Dahon (Vitesse D7)?

i use a kurt kinetic road machine for my full sized bike for the winter sooo you can get this:
https://kurtkinetic.com/products/kinetic-road-machine/
and add this:
https://kurtkinetic.com/products/kin...wheel-adapter/
it will fit all the way down to a 16" wheel!

ordered one today for our Christmas present to each other! shipped right away, and kudos to their customer service... they called to verify that my bike would fit.

Sounds good, what bike do you have? And I'm guessing you ordered the one for the 20inchers? I would love to hear how the fit, quality and feel of it. Do post pictures of the trainers with the bike/s on them. Thank you so much!

I have a Dahon vigor p9 that I've modded to be a single speed and also a Genesis folder Walmart special that will probably end up as a 9 speed at some point. i'll be sure to post some pics and do a write up.

there's three types of resistance you can get Wind, Magnetic, Fluid.
with wind there's a max resistance and going beyond that will just spin faster but not really work harder.
with Magnetic you can "dial" the resistance in with a flip of a switch that is attached via a cable to the back usually so you can tension it up when going up a virtual hill.
with Fluid is usually the most expensive setup, the liquid is thicker than water and doesn't break down on heat. And to build up tension you simply change your bikes gearing and the higher faster your wheels spin the harder it gets. Fluid trainers are also the most expensive in any brands lineup.
