After 30+ years running a bike shop I have seen several options like this. Foam Tubes, A gel put inside your tube, and tires much like these.
There are a couple of problems.
Suspension. The air in your tires is an amazing suspension system. It absorbs the small bumps and decreases rolling resistance a lot.
The solid/foam airless tires I have ridden were very rough and slow.
Weight. Compressed air is very light weight. The ones I have played with add a pound or three per wheel. This decreases performance a lot.
Spoke tension
We found the spokes tended to rattle loose from the harsh ride of airless tires.
I would not recommend them.
Also since you don't add air pressure to keep the tire and tube on the rim the airless systems were tough to install.

I like Rick think there are many more disadvantages than having the occasional flat tire. The ones I have ridden have a very harsh ride. The tires can still wear out at that point changing them is a real hassel. Roger

These airless tire companies come and go like the wind. The problem isn't initial sales but repeat customers. Once people find out the product is less than what was marketed, they buy elsewhere. Eventually the company goes under but the concept never seems to die.

My issue is that these things tend to be unsafe, so I'd recommend passing on them.
