Check the two pictures above. One with the Neos is mounted to the frame. There is a Dropout Insert accepting the wheel. The Earlier picture with the Mu D10 shows the Dropout/Hanger. That can be mounted to any Mu even if it has a Neos Derailleur on it now and with it you can change the derailleur to conventional.

I am sure Hangers are available and if you are interested I can run them down as well. I've got most Dahon parts in stock (just these I only have on the two bikes shown in the pictures above). Thor likewise I am sure.
