from perspective as a long range commuting ?
- is the susp fork worth the weight?
- is it bob alot?
- is the 8 speed Sturmey Archer gap too large or just right?
- is the 8 speed draggy?

I would luv to try a IGH.
I would luv to have a plush suspension ride to work (since my route require alot of rough side-walk riding and due to health issue).
Any other comment welcome.

I have a front suspension Downtube. It's fine. I tried to make it as firm as possible, but it's still a little bouncy, but then I'm right at the weight limit for that fork, so your mileage may vary. What I like is the disc brake option, although I haven't actually started using the disc brake on this bike, yet. I'm not sure because I keep considering switching to a rigid fork and wider tires.

Mine has a Shimano 8-speed, so I can't comment on the SA range, but I find 8-speeds to be plenty for most of my riding.
