My Bannard SR
 

In mid-2016 I contacted the former Bannard dealer in Singapore to see if he had heard from Bannard and received the bikes that he had on order with them. He--let's call him my 'pusher'--replied in the negative, but said that he still had a Bannard Super Racing (SR) frameset sitting in his warehouse. Almost immediately I told him that I would take it. He kept it for me, and a few months later I traveled to Singapore to pick it up.

Since then the SR has been sitting in storage waiting to be built. It's now nearing completion. I am still on the fence whether to outfit it with a matte black Shimano 105 crankset that matches the fork color, or a Velo Orange shiny silver Drillium crankset. Other than that it is mostly done. I am not in a rush to get finish it, though...
