Vintage HON folding bike questions
Hi there,
I am Michael, greetings from Germany to all of you!
Since years I own a HON folding bike which I bought used. It still works well, except the rear shock absorber.
That's one reason to post my question:
- I'd like to get more information regarding model and production type of my HON.
- as well I need to understand which replacement fits for the old Air Shock absorber.
Serial number is DA00A2129, most probably the bike was made in Taiwan.
Thor couldn't specify age and model, assumes that the bike is app. 30 years old.
I will be grateful for any information that helps.

Have a good one

You you can go to our Intr forum and tell us a little about yourself. Then you could greet some other new forum members.

You guys have strange rules. A ten-posts-hurdle to place a picture of a bicycle? And particular requirements how to do the posts?
I'll better stay in the German communities.

What a Git !
You might be able to link to a google image of those, and post it..
in the 80's the Hon sales rep came to the shop I worked for.. I remember them ..
1st demerit was steel wheel rims , so long stopping distance in wet even foggy weather..
Hon was also a name of a steel Furniture line, so David Hon made them DaHon.
