They do. They have restrictions on few parts like frames. But I had never problems getting seat sleeves, brake pads, hub upgrades shipped to Germany.
Also third party parts like Ryde Andra rims would not be affected by this anyway. Wonder how that will work out when Brexit kicks in ..? already, I expect Germany - UK (now in EU) is different from US - UK in that regard .. any Swiss or Norwegians , who did not join EU, have responses? FWIW getting a identical rim makes re using spokes and even lacing pattern simple.. |
FWiW had bike , wanted to add lights, bought a Shimano-Brompton wheel, then a Schmidt new XS (Better)

FWIW Mk3 bike had a Sachs supplied hub , their 3 by 2 speed 2 cog driver kept the AW 3 spline cog , in 3/32 thick and 13& 15t.. |
