Brompton Black Lacquer with Black handlebar's stem? help
 

Hi, I just found that there is Brompton Black Edition in Black Lacquer but the colour of the handlebar's stem is black, instead of black lacquer. Does anyone here know what is the different between the black handlebar's steam and the black lacquer colour? is it the production year or market distribution?
