Helix Maintenance issues
 

Hello,

I am a Helix owner. i understand that the front fork has been recalled. does anyone have any information on the recall?

It wasn't the fork. It was the steerer which was recalled. Check out post #2548 in the Helix Update thread - https://www.bikeforums.net/21974746-post2548.html
You should be easily able to identify the larger weld at the base of the "stem" if your bike has had the upgrade. If not you should mail them at hello@helix.ca quoting your frame serial number and request the recall to be initiated.

Are you a backer who received his reward, a pre-ordering customer who received the pre-ordered bike, a buyer of a full price Helix or did you buy your Helix from another owner ?
