George Michelson Trail on a Folder?

Anyone ever done something this on 20" and maybe wider" tires? Wondering whether we would take the 26" mountain bikes or the folders, which are easier to tote. They're all electric assist conversions, so we're in our 70's but still capable of going far. Just don't want to crash, We're used to well groomed gravel in the nidwest.
