Help Please! 29.2 Post Greatest Length Possible
Any ideas/clues on a 29.2 post (or smaller ie. 27.2 w/shim) that is at least 440?
The longer the better.
I have noticed some telescoping options but having a heck of a time cracking the 29.2 seat tube diameter.
Thanks for any and all help!

I have bought alloy tube for my steering here:
https://www.aircraftspruce.com/menus/me/aluminum.html
Great prices and lots to choose from. I should have bought more than a two foot length,
cause shipping costs more than the tube. Most of their aluminum tube is about $2/foot.

Thanks
I remembered reading about this angle.
Thanks for some of the specifics.
Do you know how to specify the correct outer and inner diameters?
This is greatly appreciated!

Thomson has the best spread of sizes of any seatpost manufacturer. Failing that, you can shim a 27.2 post down easily using something like a USE Thermoplastic shim or similar.

Thanks for the suggestion
Yes, I am looking at the possibility of a 27.2 w/a shim.
What is the greatest length in a 27.2?
