16" Raleigh folder on ebay
 

I haven't seen a 16" Raleigh folder mentioned before See here.

My initial reaction was that it's an RSW which folds longditudinally like a pair of scissors; This however shares the same geometry but a late 70's fold and a welded 'Handle' that the RSW doesn't. The Sheldon page linked above makes for a good read though...

I think it is from the mid 80's. I have a 1968 Raleigh Compact R.S.W that folds at the bottom bracket. I wonder what the date on the hub is?
