Effective toptube length of Swift

Can someone tell me the effective top tube length for an aluminum Xootr Swift. I'm looking for the distance from the middle of the seat post to the middle of the steering tube. Metric is best.

Thanks

Isn't there a page at the Xootr Swift site where the dimensions of the bike are printed over a picture of the bike?

Yes, but it leaves something to be desired - like effective top tube length.

No wonder I feel stretched-out with a 90mm stem.
