A previous thread from mid November discussed Dahon's patent application of Brompton style 2-fold bikes. See attached:

Now see the 3 pics of the "Walkmate" Chinese folder from 2005 that looks quite similar. I am also unable to find any recent reference that this bike producer is still active as the website has lapsed.
