RSW on Cleveland Craigslist

FYI, there's a pretty nice looking RSW for sale on the Cleveland Craigslist. Owner claims it's never been ridden. Asking $200.

(Posted in C&V ebay/CL finds thread. Couldn't find a similar thread in the Folding Bikes category, otherwise I would've posted it there)

I don't think that's an RSW-16. It's something similar, but I can't quite tell from the photo.
