can one buy a new Merc these days?

I've been lookin' and I can't find nowhere.... Have been following the curve v. mini thread, and much as I don't wanna be a bromclone it seems to me nothing folds like one, unless it is like one....

I am in the UK, but travel to the US in near future, so could smuggle one thru' customs down my trousers.
