Mobiky Replacement Parts

Have you tried contacting mobiky directly or the dealer where you bought the bike? Here's a link to the Mobiky support page. Not much there, but it does have an e-mail address.

Is it a particular part you need that's unique to Mobiky?

No point in buying a Mobiky if you can't find replacement parts for it. 3 days and Mobiky has not replied. David from Bfold mentioned that he has not been able to get parts from Mobiky for a while. If it is hard for a dealer, then how hard would it be for a regular customer to find parts.

that's a downer.
I wonder is that why I saw a mokiky on CL being sold for parts
because the pinion gear is shot?
I saw my first one last week, a nice orange one.
