Dahon Rubber Protective Film - where to buy ?
hi all,
this has been asked before but no one seems to know where to buy it. just hoping someone came across this now or someone has use something else. basically i am looking for the round whitish rubber protective film that dahon has on their bikes to protect from accidental bumps when bikes are folded. i searched and googled but can't find it. i had a big scratched on my dahon from folding it. the handle post QR rubbed the frame when it was folded. anyone knows ?

When I had a Dahon Mu, I used a clear round rubber with adhesive on the back that I bought at the computer store. I have also seen them in Autobacs. You migh also find some at a hardware store.

My Mu also has a big rash (not just scratch) from the handlepost QR. I don't have pics of it but I basically used inner tube + rubber cement to do exactly like I did here:
