Suitcase for Birdy with Expedition Rack?
None of the examples I've seen of how to pack a Birdy into a suitcase have included the rear expedition rack. (You can see a rear expedition rack here) The wikipedia site mentions that "Some Birdy owners have had difficulty fitting both the bike and the rear rack into a standard suitcase, and recommend the larger 31" format." Given that going to a 31" suitcase tends to put you over the 62" (w + h + l) airline limit I'd like to avoid that.
Does anyone know of a particular suitcase that one can pack a (pre-monocoque) birdy and the rear rack into? Does it have to be a 31" (and then the question is which one?)
Thanks much.

I borrowed a friend's Samsonite F'Lite 31" suitcase last year to fly with my Birdy. At the time I didn't have the Expedition Rack yet, but I'm fairly certain there would have been room for it - there was a lot of extra room!
I had no questions from airline staff about the size of the case, it's barely oversize and looks "normal". The owner of the case has flown with it a lot of times, and he hasn't been hassled about it either.
