Question about brompton rack/easy wheels

Firstly hi, I've been reading these forums on and off for the last few months but I felt the need to register today as I have a question that I can't find an answer to.

I bought a Brompton M3L at the start of august, this week I added the rear rack and easy wheels to it. I was just wondering if there is any reason at all for one of the rear wheels being on the inside of the rack rather than the outside like the other one.

Will it cause problems if I change it? Only reason I ask is because that wheel doesn't spin freely like the other 4 as the groves on it are catching on part of the rack (although it is fine to move when actually using all the wheels.

Put the wheels at the outside. It actually makes the folded bike more stable though it widens the fold, which is not an issue for me.

Heel strike perhaps?

I installed roller blade wheels on ours and on the outside of the rack. Works much better, IMO.
