Excellant. It makes you feel proud to own a Brompton. I hope they never export the product overseas and continue to make it forever in the UK. It would have been interesting to see the first place finish because the times were the same. The winner won by the front wheel of the bike!

Totally agree. Part of the charm of a Brompton is that it is hand-built in London rather than mass produced in Taiwan like so many other bike brands

If Roberto Heras or Michael Hutchinson are on the Bromptons, I think they would beat all comers at the Smithfield nocturne!!!!!! In fact - they'd probably beat a few roadies as well!
