Electric folding bike

I had the misfortune of buying a Santa Barbara Electric Folding Bike on Ebay about a year ago. It is a Riviera model. Shortly after I bought it the company went out of business. I had made contact with the company prior to my making the purchase & they gave me no indication that they would not be in business much longer. This makes the servicing & parts availability very difficult. I'm wondering if there are any others that share my plight? Luckily, I've only had to replace the 3-12 volt batteries so far.

Ouch. I haven't seen that company mentioned in this forum. You might also try the Electric Bike forum on this site too. Someone there might have run across it.

Sorry... don't have any real advice.
