Another one joins the "fold"
:D Sorry...couldn't resist!:roflmao2:
Picked this up over the summer when I was working out in the Iowa City, IA area. No clue what it is other than a Rolling Rock promo bike, built by Dahon. Not even sure of the year, guessing late 90's. Anybody have a clue as to which model of Dahon it might be? It has rock bottom of the barrel components on it. I am thinking that it would make a decent city bike for my son, after it gets an IGH/coaster, Sturmey dyno/drum, slicks, fenders and a rack. He lives in a 2 story walk up in Boston and doesn't want to leave a bike locked up outside, he does have inside storage at work. It looks strikingly like an Espresso, save for the different chainstay design it is a very close match.
Aah, now after looking on Bikepedia, I see that the oldest Espressos had the exact frame. |
